NEW SCR Referral Form
The MSCB has refreshed its SCR Referral Form and this should now be used with immediate effect.
This new form - or SCR Pack as we are referring to it as - has been through a lot of consultation and has been trialled with our SCR Subgroup and Independent Chair with positive results, so we are keen that any new referrals are completed using this, and not the old forms.
